Sometimes they disappear and you wonder if you'll ever see them again.

Then life got in the way. Occasionally heard from him saying he was
planning to make it back. Today was finally the day. It was great to have my
hand back on his ass. And he was as responsive as ever. He's always so great
about letting me know he's enjoying it. He almost purrs and coos as I whack at
his ass. Was really great to have him back.
