Spanking Spun again

Spun promises that he'll return,  and he does.  Has been down the basement by himself,  has joined in groups and even brought his lady to help me spanking.  Today he returned.  So I laced him up and paddled and whipped him,  and even cupped him.  Cupped?  No wax this time  Now Bill is into cupping.  Ugly marks.  And he had to feel the new strap and that attitude adjuster paddle from the Magnolia Plantation in Georgia.
