Buster says I know what I'm doing

Been a long time since Buster joined a group down the basement.  This time he wanted the basement all to himself.  Lives a long distance,  but made it way down the Interstate because he said he really needed this.  He felt lots of paddles and straps.  Not a lot of response,  but did eventually got him moving.
