Hard does John good

Hadn't heard from John for quite a while.  He'd found another spanker because he's been working some distance away.  But he was planning to be passing through northwest Indiana and made an appointment to stop by.   What I remember John needs it hard.  He told me it does him good.  He was in and out pretty fast,  but he got it with every strap I have really hard.  And being tied down did him good too.
