Assigned punishment

Scott has visited the basement a number of times but few and far between.  Usually interested in getting some motivation to lose weight.  But this time he contacted me he said he been assigned a punishment for watching porn while at work.  Everything was prescribed by a contact he has in California who's not able to carry out the punishment at that distance.  So Bill is a surrogate punisher: 

The prescribed punishment is as follows: 

All lashes to be delivered to the totally naked bottom while restrained on the spanking bench: 

       120 swats with a wood frat paddle
       120 swats with a leather paddle
       144 with a razor strap
        60 with the thickest belt
       24 with the cane

A photo to be taken at the beginning and end provided to the sentencing officer.

And after Scott's assigned punishment  you would think that he had had enough,  but no,  he wants to try some in the wheelbarrow position.  How about with the bathbrush.  That's actually not the end of it.  But that's the end of the video
