Ted returns. Hi, Steve!

For maybe ten years Ted has been traveling a long way down the Interstate to visit Bill's basement.  Mostly to trade swats.  He likes company.  Quite a number of guys had met him down the basement.  Visits have been less frequent lately.  It's been two years.  Sent out word that he was visiting.  Only Steve showed up.  Good because he had never met Steve before.  He descends the stairs to find Steve chained up hanging from the ceiling, and that's where it starts.  And it back and forth in lots of positions with every possible implement.
