Down Bill's Basement

This is a place for guys who have met Bill for a little spanking. For guys living in or passing throught the Chicago/NW Indiana area. It might be a record

The bottombitch has been down the basement before. Short notice he'd like to stop by again for some spanking. This was real quick in and out. Got him kneeling on the mat. Hooked him up in the pillory. Gave him a couple slaps. He wiggled. He laughed. He quit.

Decided he doesn't like pain. He just likes watching it. He's a voyeur. You think?
