Down Bill's Basement

This is a place for guys who have met Bill for a little spanking. For guys living in or passing throught the Chicago/NW Indiana area. Got Steve wiggling then tied him down

Always trying to get Steve to be more responsive to his spankings. Just stood him in the middle of the basement with his hand behind his head. Then lashed away at him with my belt. Some strokes strategically placed. Got him wiggling.

Then showed him the 300 feet of new red rope I got. Really going to make a mummy out of him this time. Arround and around his chest and around and around his leg. All bound up I used every strap I own on him. And then he asked for the cane!
