Joe gets what he asks for

First contacted Joe when he lived in Florida.  First met him when he lived in Missouri.  He visited again when he was working in Michigan.  Came up for his third visit this time while he's living in Texas.  But tomorrow he's headed to California.  He's a guy who's been around.  Has probably caught spankings everywhere.  But keeps coming back to Bill's basement.  He always says most deferentially may we do . . .exactly what he plans to do and knows that he's going to get what he wants.  Joe designs his own spankings.  And he often likes to tie himself up.  Or tie you up.  Kept a whole crowd busy for his weekend visit.  Too busy for me to get many pictures.  But just before he leaves he designs a nice little scene for you to see.
